Maja was quite excited after his goal, but he noted that the victory for his side was the most important thing on the night.

“Scoring goals is one of my strengths and I hope to carry on scoring goals and being part of a winning team,” Maja added.

“I want this to be the start of a spell for me where I score as many goals as possible, which is what any forward wants.”

Josh Maja Has Made A Big Case For Himself

Josh Maja’s lack of game time at West Brom was due to his injury struggles and Aune Heggebo’s fine form.

But with his goal against Norwich on Wednesday, he has made a big case for himself. He will surely start against Milwall this weekend.

If Maja continues to get amongst the goals, he will likely retain his spot in the starting lineup at West Brom.
