Nigerian singer Jaywon has raised alarm over escalating violence in Kogi State, highlighting the deaths of five people, including three policemen and two vigilantes, in the past 24 hours.
Taking to his Instagram page on Wednesday, Jaywon expressed frustration at the perceived lack of response from authorities.

He wrote, “This is no longer funny in Kogi State. In the last 24 hours, 5 people—3 policemen and 2 vigilantes—have been killed, yet @nigeriapoliceforce remains silent. How many lives must go before action is taken?”
His post reflects growing concerns about security challenges in the state and calls for urgent action from the police.
