Inter Milan captain Lautaro Martinez says he has resolved his rift with Hakan Calhanoglu after their Club World Cup blow up.
Following the 2-0 defeat to Fluminense, Martínez publicly criticised Calhanoglu, who was being linked with a move to Galatasaray at the time.
“I want to fight for the big titles. We need players who want to be here. Anyone who doesn’t want to stay can leave,” declared Lautaro after the loss.

However, speaking with France Football this past week, Lautaro said: “It was a misunderstanding. I didn’t like some things; my comments were general and not directed at him.
“As captain, it occurred to me at the time. Some liked it, others didn’t, but then we talked about it with the team, the coach, and the board. And everything is fine, everything has been resolved.”
