What did Boniface say to Nigerian men?
On his Snapchat, the Super Eagles attacker warned against recklessness with money and their bodies:
“Disrespecting your body and wasting your money won’t get you anywhere in life. I don’t know when y’all will be wise. Find yourself 1 girl, or 2 girls and settle down – highest 3 girls – or if you are going through a lot 4 is okay,” Boniface wrote.

Victor Boniface joins Werder Bremen after Milan’s collapse
The Super Eagles striker, who had earlier been linked with a move to AC Milan before the transfer collapsed due to medical concerns, only recently completed a season-long loan switch to Werder Bremen.
Boniface enjoyed a breakout campaign in the 2023/24 season with Leverkusen, where he played a key role in their historic Bundesliga title run and even clinched the Rookie of the Year award, before injuries disrupted his time at the club.

His latest remarks, however, have divided opinion. While some applauded his honesty and playful tone, others criticised the advice as sending the wrong message to young men who look up to him.
Lightheartedly, some of the Nigerian star’s tweets often come from a playful perspective, which may not be taken too seriously by some.

Despite his loan move to Bremen, Boniface remains a player in the spotlight, with supporters now eager to see how he performs in the Bundesliga this season following the collapse of his Milan dream.
