Lagos Anti-Drug Ambassador and social media influencer, Mandy Kiss, has clarified that her bold and controversial online image is purely for entertainment and content creation, not a true reflection of who she is in real life.
In an emotional video shared on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, Mandy addressed the widespread misconceptions about her personality, firmly denying being a sex worker or a drug user.
She also explained that her recent social media absence was due to depression rather than public pressure or criticism.

“I know I’m a bad influence to the community, but I’m not an olosho (sex worker). All I do online is create content, I just want to trend,” she said.
“I’m very respectful and calm in person, and I don’t do drugs.
“I only claimed to be an olosho online to trend. I am very calm, I am reserved, I am respectful.”
“I don’t pimp out girls, I don’t take drugs, I only took canna, and it was because I was depressed, but I have stopped it.”
Nobody forced me; it’s all about withdrawal,” she added.
Her candid revelation has stirred widespread reactions across social media, with many users praising her honesty and shedding light on the often-overlooked mental health challenges that come with internet fame.
