Former Kaduna senator, Shehu Sani, has expressed surprise over reports that Brigitte Macron, the wife of French President Emmanuel Macron, will appear in court to prove she is a woman.

Taking to his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Sani shared his thoughts on the unusual case, questioning how such proof could possibly be presented before a judge and jury in open court.

He wrote: “The French President’s wife Brigitte will be in Court to prove that she is a Woman and not a man as alleged. I wonder how she would do it in an open court as evidence, before the Judge and the Jury.”

Brigitte Macron has faced unfounded rumours and conspiracy theories suggesting she was born male. The case has now escalated to legal proceedings, with the First Lady determined to clear her name through the courts.

Reaction to Sani’s post
