How police officers foiled suicide attempt by American citizen on Third Mainland Bridge
The Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the police command in
Lagos says it has foiled a suicide attempt by an American citizen on the Third
Mainland Bridge.
In a post on the X official page of the RRS, the squad said
the American attempted to jump into the lagoon from the bridge on Monday, but
was rescued by its operatives.
“An American citizen, name withheld was at 1:23 p.m. today
restrained from committing suicide on the Third Mainland Bridge, Lagos,” the
statement reads.
