More details are emerging on the agreement between Napoli and Manchester United for Rasmus Hojlund, which would be a loan with option to buy for €45m, becoming an obligation if certain conditions are met.
Sky Sport Italia reported today Monday (via Football Italia)that there was a significant breakthrough in negotiations, as both the player accepted the salary package, and the Premier League side opened up to the formula.
That is a loan with option to buy at the end of the season, with the total fee expected to be around €45m, as cited by Alfredo Pedullà.

The difference here is that it could become an obligation if certain conditions are met.
Usually, these conditions are club targets, such as qualifying for the Champions League.
In this case, Sport Mediaset maintain the conditions are a set number of goals and appearances by Hojlund for Napoli.
Hojlund has missed United’s opening two Premier League fixtures as summer signings Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo have been preferred in attack.
Despite the new look forward line, United are yet to secure their first league win, recording one defeat and one draw.
