Hilda, who rose to global fame in 2023 after setting the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon, revealed that the official record attempt will not only highlight Nigerian cuisine but also serve as a cultural and tourism showcase.

Event organizers disclosed that the record bid will involve tons of rice, tomatoes, peppers, and spices, with a coordinated team of chefs and assistants working under Hilda’s supervision. The massive dish will later be shared with participants and extended to local communities through a charitable initiative.

Excitement is already building among food lovers, culture enthusiasts, and fans of the star chef. Many see the event as another milestone that will project Nigeria’s culinary creativity onto the global stage.
