Plates of Hilda Baci’s jollof rice were shared to people on the streets of Lagos after the just-concluded record-breaking cooking event.

Popular Nigerian chef Hilda Baci had announced online that she would be attempting to make history by cooking the largest pot of jollof rice ever.

The event was set for September 12, 2025, at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos State.
