Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed talks will hold between Thomas Partey and the club over a potential contract extension.
The Ghanaian midfielder’s current deal with the English side is set to expire in June 2025.
Despite Partey’s recent injury history, Arteta highlights his renewed form, which has bolstered his role within the squad.
Speaking on Partey’s future, Arteta remarked, “He’s only 31 and he’s in a really good place… we will have talks.
“The one thing that we needed was Thomas to be at the level we wanted certainly. He’s working so hard to do what he’s doing at the moment,” he added.
