The Planter of the CAC, Adamimogo Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain Worldwide,Prophet Sam Olu Alo has asked Nigerians to change their mindset concerning their impression about the current leadership in the country.
Speaking at Jesus City, Lekki/Epe expressway, during a programme, held during the week. Olu-Alo underscored the importance of praying for the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, rather than condemning, or cursing it.
According to him, this has become necessary, as nothing in life, compared to divine guidance, in leadership.
This is just as he also called on Nigerians,, especially the privileged ones, to assist others, who are in financial and materi distress.
According to him, it is important for Nigerians to seek Tinubu’s success, especially at a time when the nation is facing numerous challenges, noting that collective prayers can bring about the desired positive change.
He said by praying for President Tinubu’s success, Nigerians would then be demonstrating their support for the nation’s leader, and seek God’s wisdom in governance.
“Prayer is a powerful tool for transformation, and this is why i call con Nigerians to come together, and pray for the nation’s progress, peace, and stability.
“Nigerians should continue supporting the President with their prayers, I want to believe the President has good intentions, and that it is not possible for him to be happy with the current hardship, facing the nation.
“Despite the hardship, if those we voted for, and put our trust in, know why we put them there, Nigerians will pray for them, and that is the best thing to do, rather than castigating”, he said.
In his words, “Recall that not everybody liked Obafemi Awolowos policies, he would have become the President, if all Nigerians liked his policies, and also prayed along, but it is now unfortunate that people only began to know his value, after his death.
“Elected officials should follow suit, by seeing see current positions as an opportunity, and not their right, some people are far better than them, but they do not have the privilege”, he said.
Alo said “men of God should also continuing praying for the government, we should not abuse them, but correct them. Let’s always say positive things about our nation, citizens of developed countries always says positive about their nations.
“All Nigerians also have roles to play, by doing this, most of us should go back to farm. Government also need to encourage people, particularly the youth, to go back to farm.”
To demonstrate his passion for helping others to grow, the prophet, during the service, presented a professional toolkit to one Olasunkanmi Ayoade, a former trainee under his vocational empowerment programme.
Expressing his gratitude, Ayoade said, “With this support, i can now take on jobs with confidence, knowing that i have the right tools.”
