President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Tuesday returned to Abuja following a two-week annual vacation in Paris, France.
He arrived at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, where he was received by Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila, and Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule.
Tinubu had departed Nigeria on September 4, 2025, for France to observe part of his annual holiday. He was originally scheduled to split the vacation between France and the United Kingdom.
While in Paris, the Nigerian leader held a private luncheon with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace. Both leaders discussed key areas of bilateral cooperation and pledged to strengthen ties for mutual prosperity and global stability.
