Nigeria’s Super Eagles Sunday morning arrived Uyo, Akwa Ibom capital for the final matchday in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Benin Republic.
This was after the team failed to arrive on the scheduled day following a damage of the aircraft which conveyed them from South Africa.
Blueprint.ng reports that the another aircraft which conveyed them touched down in Uyo at exactly 8am, two days to their match.
