Former President of Liberia, George Weah, and some eminent Nigerians, including the Osun State governor, Ademola Adeleke, the Anambra State governor, Chukwuma Soludo, represented by his Chief of Staff, Chief Ernest Ezeajuahi, and former Edo State deputy governor, Phillip Shaibu, were among those who commissioned the ultra modern church auditorium of Primate Elijah Ayodele, INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Isolo, Lagos, on Thursday and the library on Friday.

The construction of the new church auditorium with a capacity of about 10,000 was started last year. The commissioning was part of the programmes lined up for Primate Ayodele’s annual thanksgiving, which started in January and came to an end on Friday.

At the commissioning, Mr. Weah described Primate Ayodele as his spiritual father, who has shown beyond reasonable doubt that God is involved in his ministry.

He expressed gratitude to the prophet for giving him the privilege to commission the house of the Lord, noting that it is indeed a blessing for him being among the people that gathered for such an occasion.

In the same vein, Governor Adeleke commended Primate Ayodele for taking time out to reach out to the less privilege and widows, noting that the library that was being commissioned would serve as a place for the young ones to read without issues.

Shaibu described Primate Ayodele, as a man whom he admires a lot. He expressed surprises at the invitation despite not being in power, praising the man of God for showing him true love and also giving back to society.

Primate Ayodele’s mother, Mrs Margaret Ayodele thanked God for giving him a child like him, and prayed that God will continue to keep him.

About 25 secondary school students were given free JAMB and WAEC forms, while some got scholarships for their university education. Likewise, two vehicles were given to one church member, Ayo Babalola, and a journalist, Ayodele Dedeigbo, the publisher of Town Crier.
