Fulham have confirmed the signing of Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze from AC Milan in the final hours of the summer transfer window.

The 25-year-old joins the Premier League club on loan with an option to buy, in a deal reportedly worth €26 million.

Chukwueze, who made the switch to Milan from Villarreal last summer, struggled to secure a regular place in the Serie A side’s starting lineup.

However, Fulham have now moved to give him a fresh start in England, under Marco Silva.

The Nigerian international becomes Fulham’s latest addition, joining compatriots Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey.
