The Junior Elephants had earlier lost 2-0 to their fellow West Africans in the first friendly on Wednesday.
The friendlies was part of their preparation for the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
The Flying Eagles, who are expected back in Nigeria on Saturday, will now embark on a one-week break.
