Filmmaker, Mildred Okwo, took to her X handle last night to shake a major table in the film industry. In her post, Okwo opined that the some filmmakers are at the frontline collecting funds from government for the betterment of the industry while the ones who are really doing the work and need the funds are stuck on set.
