FII Institute Announces Global Leader Lineup For FII9 In Riyadh

The Future Investment Initiative (FII) Institute has unveiled the speaker lineup and agenda for its flagship FII9 Conference, which will take place from October 27–30, 2025, at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center (KAICC) in Riyadh.

Held under the theme “The Key to Prosperity: Unlocking New Frontiers of Growth,” the event will bring together more than 15 heads of state, alongside world leaders, investors, and global change-makers, to tackle pressing challenges. Central to the discussions will be the paradoxes shaping the future, including balancing progress with consequences, innovation with constraints, and fragmentation with connectivity.

With more than 600 speakers across 230 sessions, FII9 is positioning itself as a global hub for investment, ideas, and impact. The opening session will feature H.E. Yasir Al-Rumayyan, Governor of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Chairman of FII Institute, who will present the 4th Priority Compass. This landmark survey draws insights from tens of thousands of respondents across 32 countries, representing 66% of the world’s population, and is designed to guide leaders toward concrete, citizen-driven solutions.

Richard Attias, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Acting CEO of FII Institute, emphasised the importance of grounding discussions in reality. “FII9 is where global leaders align capital with purpose. The Priority Compass ensures our discussions are not abstract, but rooted in the real concerns of people across the world,” he said.

The conference will explore critical questions that cut across politics, economics, and society. Leaders will debate whether shared economic interests can bridge divides or deepen fractures, how trade rules should evolve to preserve both security and coherence, what pathways can deliver secure, sustainable, and affordable energy, and how innovation can be accelerated responsibly without creating new imbalances.

Among the confirmed speakers are some of the most influential figures in government and finance. Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Investment, H.E. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, will be joined by global business leaders including Amin Nasser, President and CEO of Aramco; Jamie Dimon, Chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase; Jane Fraser, CEO of Citi; Laurence Fink, Chairman and CEO of BlackRock; Patrick Pouyanné, Chair and CEO of TotalEnergies; Ruth Porat, President and CIO of Alphabet and Google; Bill Ackman, Founder and CEO of Pershing Square Capital Management; Ray Dalio, Founder and CIO Mentor of Bridgewater Associates; David M. Rubenstein, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of The Carlyle Group; Bruce Flatt, CEO of Brookfield; Dina DiLorenzo, President of Guggenheim Investments; and Ron O’Hanley, Chairman and CEO of State Street Corporation.

Beyond the plenary sessions, the conference will feature interactive labs and private conclaves where leaders and executives will develop strategies with the potential to shape global investment flows, influence policymaking, and drive societal outcomes.

The members-only summit is expected to draw thousands of delegates and international media to Riyadh for four days of decision-shaping dialogue and high-level networking, reinforcing the city’s growing role as a centre for global collaboration.

The FII Institute is a global nonprofit dedicated to creating Impact on Humanity. Inclusive and data-driven, the organisation transforms ideas into real-world solutions across four core areas: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Education, Healthcare, and Sustainability.
