Big Brother Naija surprised viewers on Saturday as housemates Thelma Lawson and Bright Morgan were evicted in an unexpected double exit.
The announcement came during the weekly house party when host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu personally visited the house to deliver the news.
Thelma left first, followed by Bright, marking the season’s first Saturday eviction and leaving both viewers and fellow housemates shocked.

During his visit, Ebuka reminded the remaining contestants that the regular Sunday eviction would still take place, warning them about the stakes ahead.
“There’s still eviction tomorrow and a lot can be lost in two weeks,” he told the housemates, emphasising the need to stay focused and give their best in the competition.
Although evictions are usually held on Sundays, Big Brother occasionally alters the schedule to surprise housemates and viewers. Saturday night evictions have historically intensified the competition and shaken up the dynamics in the house.
With Thelma and Bright now out, the number of contestants vying for the grand prize has decreased, raising the pressure on those still in the house for the coming weeks.
Now in its tenth season, Big Brother Naija continues to attract millions of viewers across Nigeria and beyond.
Contestants live together in an isolated house while competing for a cash prize, with unexpected twists like surprise evictions keeping fans engaged and the drama high.
