Just days before the grand winner is announced, Faith, one of the most influential housemates in the ongoing Big Brother Naija Season 10, has been disqualified following a physical altercation with fellow housemate Sultana.
Faith, a two-time HoH, one-time interim HoH, and two-time Most Influential Player of the Week, was told to leave the house immediately. At the same time, Big Brother Nigeria responded to his physical engagement with Sultana.
Earlier today, a disagreement between the two housemates led to them dragging a basket with each other.
Emotions overpowered the two housemates before Faith, a medical doctor, dragged the basket away from Sultana, making the latter lose balance and fall to the floor. Sultana, also a one-time HoH, limped when she stood up.
Hours later, Big Brother responded to the physical altercation, which contradicts its house guidelines, and asked Faith to leave.
“For engaging in physical violence with Sultana over a disagreement, Faith is disqualified from the competition and is to leave the house immediately,” Biggie said.
On the show, Faith made history as the first housemate to emerge HoH three times on the BBNaija show, with two HoH, one interim HoH, and two Most Influential Player of the Week to her name.

Following Faith’s disqualification, nine housemates are through to the finals, where they await the grand winner on Sunday.
The show commenced on 26 July, with its grand finale scheduled for 5 October.
Sultana, Mensan, Kaybobo, Koyin, Kola, Jason Jae, Dede, Isabella, and Imisi are the nine housemates who made it to the final phase of the show.
Whereas 19 housemates have been evicted in the previous weeks of the reality show, including Sabrina, who exited the show due to medical concerns.

Other housemates who have been evicted are Kayikunmi, Otega, Ibifubara, Danboskid, Victory, Gigi Jasmine, Big Soso, Ivatar, Doris, Tracy, Denari, Thelma Lawson, Bright Morgan, Kuture, Joanna, Zita, Mide, and Rooboy.
The remaining nine housemates will jostle for the record N140 million grand prize, against the N150 million earlier advertised, because of Kaybobo’s uneventful qualification to the final phase.
