English Premier League Results: Arsenal, Brighton, Fulham, Palace Record Wins, Man United Grab Point

Arsenal tightened their grip on the Premier League summit with a convincing 2-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moor on Saturday.

Viktor Gyökeres opened the scoring in the 14th minute after a slick team move, before Declan Rice’s precise finish in the 35th minute doubled the lead and wrapped up another efficient performance for Mikel Arteta’s side. The Gunners have now won four straight Premier League games and remain two points clear at the top.

Brighton were equally dominant at home, cruising past Leeds United 3-0 in front of their fans at the Amex Stadium.

Danny Welbeck set the tone with an early goal in the 11th minute, while Dani Gómez bagged two second-half goals in the 64th and 70th minutes to complete a comfortable victory for Roberto De Zerbi’s men.

Crystal Palace continued their steady rise with a 2-0 win over Brentford at Selhurst Park. Jean-Philippe Mateta gave the Eagles the advantage just after the half-hour mark, and the pressure paid off again when Brentford defender Nathan Collins turned the ball into his own net early in the second half.

The result pushed Palace into the top half of the table and added more frustration for Thomas Frank’s side.

Fulham produced one of the standout performances of the weekend, easing past a poor Wolves side 3-0 at Craven Cottage. Ryan Sessegnon broke the deadlock inside ten minutes before Harry Wilson doubled the lead midway through the second half.

The misery continued for Wolves when Yerson Mosquera scored an own goal in the 75th minute, moments after Emmanuel Agbadou had been sent off, leaving the visitors with no way back.

At the City Ground, Manchester United were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw against a spirited Nottingham Forest.

Casemiro put United ahead in the 34th minute, but Forest turned the match on its head within two minutes after goals from Morgan Gibbs-White and Nicolo Savona.

Amad Diallo came off the bench to rescue a point for Erik ten Hag’s side with an equaliser in the 81st minute.

After this round of fixtures, Arsenal remain on top with 25 points from ten games, while Bournemouth, Tottenham, and Sunderland complete the top four. Manchester United stay fifth.

At the other end of the table, Wolves remain rooted to the bottom, still searching for their first win of the campaign.
