Real Madrid forward Endrick is reportedly on the verge of leaving the club on loan in the January transfer window, with Sevilla emerging as the frontrunner to secure his signature.

The 19-year-old Brazilian has endured a frustrating spell under Xabi Alonso, who has consistently overlooked him in favour of Kylian Mbappé and Gonzalo García.

Despite returning from a thigh injury in mid-September, Endrick has yet to feature for Los Blancos this season, remaining an unused substitute in five consecutive La Liga matches.

Sevilla lead the chase

According to reports in Spain, Sevilla have shown the “greatest interest” in signing Endrick on a short-term deal.

The proposed move would be a straight loan without any option or obligation to buy. Club officials at Real Madrid still regard the teenager as a “developing gem,” but acknowledge that he needs regular game time to continue his progression.

Endrick, who joined Real from Palmeiras in 2024, has scored seven goals and provided one assist in 37 appearances for the club.

A temporary switch to Sevilla would allow him to gain vital top-flight experience and play alongside veteran forward Alexis Sánchez, who joined the Andalusian side during the summer.

Competing interest from abroad

Sevilla may face competition from a Ligue 1 club and a former Champions League winner, with reports suggesting Endrick is open to a move to France.

Premier League side West Ham United have also been linked with the youngster, although those rumours are believed to have little substance.

Madrid’s long-term plan

Real Madrid remain committed to Endrick’s long-term development, viewing him as a future first-team regular.

However, with limited opportunities in a star-studded attack featuring Mbappé, Vinícius Jr., and Rodrygo, a January loan could provide the platform he needs to reignite his form and stake his claim for Brazil’s 2026 World Cup squad.
