Tech mogul and billionaire, Elon Musk has once again expanded his family, reportedly welcoming his 14th child—if previous claims about his offspring hold true. His newest addition is a son named Seldon Lycurgus.
The child is with Shivon Zilis, a top executive at Musk’s brain-chip company, Neuralink. The pair, who already share three children, announced the news through Zilis’ post on X (formerly known as Twitter), which Musk later confirmed himself.
“Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia’s birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus. Built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold. Love him so much.”,” Zilis wrote in her post.
Musk and Zilis are also parents to twins Strider and Azure, as well as their daughter, Arcadia. Back in November 2021, the duo made headlines when it was revealed that they had secretly welcomed Strider and Azure into their lives.
Apart from his children with Zilis, Musk shares three kids with musician Grimes, in addition to six children from his previous marriage to author Justine Wilson—though one of them tragically passed away in infancy.
This latest development comes amidst controversy surrounding Musk’s alleged fatherhood of another child with media personality Ashley St. Clair. While speculation continues to swirl, Musk has yet to issue a public statement addressing St. Clair’s claims.
St. Clair has initiated a paternity and custody lawsuit against the Tesla CEO but insists that her motivations are not financially driven.
