In a now deleted Instagram post on Thursday, Brymo emphasised that the nation’s future depends on the choices of its citizens, stressing the importance of individual responsibility in shaping national progress.

He expressed skepticism that Nigeria will naturally develop a strong culture of self-improvement, insisting that meaningful development requires conscious efforts by individuals to contribute positively to the country.
“Nigeria is clearly a geographical space with no sociable personality of ‘her own’, and the people (by the happenstance of the British who named us) are called Nigerians, and I am publishing this to remind us all that the country may ever have no conscious reason to help self, and that the quality of the choices we settle for Individually culminate in the outcome we all live in the aftermath,” he wrote.
