Nigerian Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has gifted his wife, Chioma, a brand-new 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon.
The luxury SUV, recently released, carries a price tag of over $150,000 (₦240 million), depending on its specifications.

Known for its innovative design and available electric models, the 2025 edition represents a significant upgrade from previous versions.

In a video shared on his Instagram Story on Wednesday, Davido was seen celebrating the moment as he picked up the vehicle, explaining that he traded in an older model and added extra funds to acquire the latest release.
“First of all, we had to take the one I got, then obviously add more money to get the new one.”
He savoured the moment and highlighted his excitement, stating, “Only the best for my lady,” he said with excitement.
When Davido finally presented the G-Wagon to Chioma, she looked visibly thrilled, while he cheered her on, exclaiming, “We do 2025!”
Davido and Chioma Adeleke’s wedding was a spectacular and widely covered affair, culminating in an extravagant white wedding in Miami on August 10, 2025.
The Miami ceremony marked the third and final celebration, following their court marriage in March 2023 and traditional wedding in Lagos in June 2024.
The star-studded white wedding reportedly had a price tag of around $3.7 million and drew prominent guests, including business magnates, political leaders, and top entertainers from Nigeria and around the world.
