Charles Okocha Reveals Near-Death Experience, Says ‘I Was Shot Six Times’

Popular Nollywood actor and social media content creator, Charles Chukwuemeka Okocha, has shared a jaw-dropping account of a harrowing near-death experience in which he was shot six times.

In a candid interview on the show ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask,’ Okocha opened up about the terrifying incident that left him with permanent scars.

The actor recalled the moment when one of the bullets passed through his stomach, entering from one side and exiting through the other. He explained that the ordeal was a life-altering event, one that solidified his survival and resilience.

Taking a bold step to showcase his physical scars, Okocha removed his shirt, saying, “I want the world to see my scars.”

With visible emotion, he continued, “Six shots. One of the bullets got in through my stomach and popped out on the other side.

“If only you knew I was shot you won’t be asking me. I’m a survivor. Look at my life. Look at what I have been through.

Okocha then declared with confidence, “I’m the last real man alive, and that’s official.” His powerful words not only highlighted the severity of the incident but also underscored his belief in his own perseverance through the challenges he’s faced.
