KADUNA – Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni has highlighted the vast economic opportunities available in Yobe State, urging investors to tap into the state’s rich natural resources.
Represented by the Commissioner for Commerce, Industry, Tourism, and Solid Minerals, Kaigama Umar, Governor Buni declared Yobe State Special Day open at the ongoing 46th Kaduna International Trade Fair.
The Governor emphasized the state’s potential for industrial growth, citing its solid minerals, oil deposits, fertile agricultural land, and largest livestock population in Nigeria.
He encouraged investors to explore opportunities in the state’s thriving sectors, including agriculture, livestock, and manufacturing, and listed several state-owned enterprises open for partnership.
The event, tagged “Promoting Efficiency in Manufacturing, Agriculture, and Trade through Digital Transformation,” aims to showcase economic opportunities and investment prospects in Yobe State.
