Former Senate President Bukola Saraki on Sunday paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Segun Awolowo in Lagos, accompanied by his wife, Toyin Saraki.
During the visit, Saraki offered prayers for comfort and strength for Segun Awolowo’s mother, wife Bola, children, and the entire Awolowo family as they grieve the loss of their loved one.
In a short statement posted on his social media handles, Saraki described the deceased as a “dear friend and brother,” saying, “We miss you, Segun.”
The condolence visit comes amid an outpouring of tributes from political and business leaders following the passing of Segun Awolowo, a prominent businessman and grandson of the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo.
