Ousted speaker of the Lagos House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa has been reinstated.

Obasa was sworn in on Monday, shortly after the resignation of his successor, Mojisola Meranda.

Obasa was impeached on ground of alleged misappropriation in January 2025.
