Nigerian comedian Bovi Ugboma and his wife, Kris Asimonye, have taken to social media to mark their 16th wedding anniversary.
On Friday, the pair shared heartwarming family photos with their children on Instagram, showcasing special moments together.

Captioning the post, they wrote, “Founded September 19, 2009. 16 years today, these are the results so far. When we get bored, we will make new ones.”

The duo got married in 2009, and their marriage has been blessed with three children—two sons and a daughter.
Bovi, a Theatre Arts graduate from Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, began his journey in the entertainment industry in the mid-2000s.
He kicked off his stand-up comedy career at Night of a Thousand Laughs, Nigeria’s pioneering comedy show organized by Opa Williams.
Since that debut, Bovi has risen to prominence, becoming a well-recognized figure in Nigeria’s comedy scene.
In 2013, he launched his solo stand-up special, Bovi: Man on Fire, which has since become one of his trademark performances.
Bovi has also made his mark as an actor and producer, debuting his first film It’s Her Day in September 2016, followed by My Village People in 2021.
In 2017, he earned a nomination at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) for Best Actor in a Comedy.
