AC Milan have reached a verbal agreement to sign Nigerian forward Victor Boniface from Bayer Leverkusen in a deal valued at €30 million.
The proposed agreement includes a €5 million loan fee, with an optional €24 million buy clause set to run until the summer of 2026. If completed, Boniface is expected to sign a long-term contract keeping him at San Siro until June 2030.
Formalities such as medical examinations still need to be completed before the transfer can be officially confirmed.
Boniface played a key role in Leverkusen’s Bundesliga campaign last season, and his signing is seen as a strategic move by Milan to bolster their attacking options ahead of the new Serie A season.
