BetPawa deal: NALCOMA commends NNL board


The Nigeria National League Club Owners and Managers Association (NALCOMA) has commended the Chairman of the Nigeria National League (NNL), Mr. George Aluo and the board for securing a landmark partnership with Betpawa, describing it as a bold step towards repositioning the league.

According to the association, through its President, Godwin Enakhena, “the deal reflects a renewed sense of innovation and commitment to improving the fortunes of domestic football. NALCOMA noted that such partnerships would not only enhance the visibility of the league but also provide a platform for sustainable growth.

The association also lauded the President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, for his consistent efforts in ensuring that the nation’s leagues are run in line with global best practices.

NALCOMA observed that Gusau’s passion and dedication have continued to inspire confidence among football stakeholders and create a positive environment for the game’s development.

In addition, NALCOMA expressed appreciation to the NFF President for hosting its executive members in his office, describing the gesture as a demonstration of his inclusive leadership style and openness to dialogue.

The body pledged its continued support to both the NFF and NNL in their drive to reposition Nigerian football and make it more attractive and competitive across all levels.
