Veronica Osanakpo, the proprietress of Blossom Fount Group of Schools in Onitsha, in Anambra State has encouraged married couples and families to remain hopeful and resilient despite the current economic challenges facing the nation.

Osanakpo made this appeal during the launch of her new book, “The Space Between” on Saturday at Onitsha, which coincides with the event of the celebration of her 64th birthday.

The educationist emphasised the importance of trust, communication, support, and the transformative power of love in navigating the complexities of family life.

The author in her book ‘The Space Between’: A Call for Trust, Love, and Resilience in Family Life, counseled married couples, especially young ones to take the necessary steps to make their marriage a success, especially at a time like this.

“One of the key takeaways from this book is the significance of setting boundaries and prioritising self-care, particularly for young wives and mothers. Even amid challenges, we can discover strength and hope,” she said.

She expressed optimism that “The Space Between” would inspire readers to reflect on the power of love and relationships to transform lives. “I hope this book encourages readers to embark on their creative journeys, pursue their passions, and never give up on their dreams,” the author said.

Osanakpo expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her loved ones and supporters, acknowledging the encouragement she received throughout her writing journey, from conception to final production.

Emeka Eze, the chief medical director of Toronto Hospital in Onitsha, and chairman of the occasion, in his speech, highlighted the factors necessary for building stable homes and urged married couples to embrace these principles for harmonious family living.

Emmanuel Obimma, the spiritual director of the Holy Ghost Adoration Ministry, Uke, popularly known as Ebube Muonso, in his remark, commended Osanakpo for using her platform to enlighten the public on the value of a fulfilled family life.
