According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the German champions will pay a loan fee of €16.5 million for the 24-year-old forward. The agreement includes an obligation to buy, which will be triggered if Jackson makes a specified number of appearances, as reported by Bild.
Negotiations between both clubs resumed on Monday after the move initially collapsed on Sunday evening. Following renewed talks, an agreement was successfully reached, and Bayern are expected to officially announce the signing later today.
Chelsea, meanwhile, secured a higher fee than initially proposed, as Bayern increased their loan payment from the original €15 million to €16.5 million.
