Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi state Sunday reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening security and fostering collaboration with the law enforcement agencies.
The governor was speaking at the 2024 Bauchi State Police Command end-of-year award ceremony, where he was honoured for his contributions to security and reiterated his administration’s commitment to supporting the security agencies in their duty to protect lives and property.

Earlier, the Commissioner of Police, CP Auwal Muhammad Musa, told the gathering some of his achievements, noting that the command recorded 1,182 criminal cases and arrested 2,322 suspects in the past year.
He attributed these successes to the dedication of officers and the government’s unwavering support for security initiatives.
