Arome Osayi is of Igala ethnicity and a resident of Kogi State, Nigeria. He was born on December 2nd, 1977, the fifth of seven children born to the late Chief Paul Ameh Osayi.
He was born with facial palsy, which limited his ability to speak and paralysed half of his facial muscles. Apostle Arome Osayi surrendered his life to Christ during a Sunday school programme at ECWA 1 Makurdi Barracks Road in 1984, when he was seven years old.
At the age of thirteen, Apostle Arome Osayi received a call to the gospel ministry. He later described an encounter in which he was transported to heaven and stood on a mountain, watching people go to hell. He earned a third-class degree in Chemistry from Benue State University in October 2002.

The Remnant Christian Network (RCN) is located in Wurukum, Makurdi, Benue State, Nigeria, beside the State Library (KM 1 Makurdi-Gboko Road). Apostle Arome Osayi founded Remnant Christian Network (RCN), one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing Christian church networks. Aside from its several operations in Nigeria, RCN is currently establishing a 3,000-person camp in Makurdi.
