A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa state, Alhaji Abubakar Kwacham, has lampooned the North East Youth group, saying, the non-existent association was created by mischief makers to smear the good name that the National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, has earned over the years through a dint of hard work.
In a press statement yesterday in Abuja, Kwacham, a grassroots politician, said Nuhu Ribadu has, over the decades, earned a reputation as a patriot in the vanguard of protecting the image and corporate existence of Nigeria.
The APC stalwart dismissed as baseless the so-called North East Youth group on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to investigate the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA).
He said Nigerians are not fools as they watch, touch and feel the impacts of Ribadu’s intelligent contributions to the Nigeria’s security architecture, noting that the NSA is working hard to ensure unity and peace among the diverse people of the nation.
“We know those behind this. Mallam Nuhu Ribadu has gone beyond primordial sentiments and cannot be to blackmailed or accused of any wrongdoing. He has built a good name for himself, and to the people of Nigeria, he is a man of proven integrity and his ovation is loud wherever he goes.
“Those mischief makers sponsoring unaddressed group with clueless statement are the real enemies of the country. Ribadu is focused in working hard with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to bring peace and salvage Nigeria from the debris of suffering caused by the previous government,” Kwacham said
He called on the president to ignore the faceless group because they are seeking attention, urging him to continue piloting the country to a haven of peace, unity and progress.
Kwacham commended President Tinubu for his people-orientated policies and projects which are yielding the desired as nation’s economy is becoming resilient and vibrant.
