Isuofia is the home town of the incumbent governor of Anambra state, Prof. Charles Soludo.

The agent reportedly complained that he was supposed to deliver his polling unit, leading to a confrontation that was captured on video as captured by Observers.

Electoral officials and security personnel continue to oversee the process as voting progresses.

Also, there is heightened tensions amid alleged vote buying at Community Primary School 1, Achalla Awka North LGA.

The incident was particularly captured at 10:51 a.m., at Polling Units 003 & 004, Ward 1 in Achalla 1.

According to field reports gathered by a Blueprint.ng correspondent from the Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID), Observers say voters struggled to follow instructions, prompting complaints from the Presiding Officer and slowing the electoral process.
