LAGOS – Airline Management Support Limited (AMSL) made a striking impression at the 9th Aviation Africa Summit and Exhibition (AVAF25), held from 4th to 5th September 2025 at the Radisson Blu Hotel and Convention Centre, Kigali, by unveiling its range of high-quality Dunlop aircraft tyres and aerospace fluids.
The two-day summit, formally declared open by President Paul Kagame of Rwanda, brought together aviation leaders, regulators, operators, and service providers from Africa, the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The exhibition floor provided a vital platform for global players to showcase products and services shaping the aviation industry.
Occupying a prime spot at the centre of the exhibition area, AMSL’s stand drew significant attention with its distinctive design and comprehensive display of products. The company leveraged the platform to reinforce its international image while promoting Dunlop’s premium range of aircraft tyres.
According to AMSL, more than 100 visitors trooped to the stand on the opening day alone, keen to engage with its team and explore the products on display. The company showcased a variety of aircraft tyres, including the H36x11.5-15 (DR332227), 27×7.75-15 (DR25821T), H30x9.50-16 (DR32130T), 23×7.00-12 (DR14628T), H38x13.0R18 (DZ33420T), 34×10.75-6 (DR0231T), 19.5×6.75-8 (DR30510T), 5.00-5 (DR5875), H38x13.0-18 (DR31020T), and H44.5×16.5-21 (DR29628T).
Explaining the product line, AMSL Sales Manager, Chris Okoroigwe, noted that the tyres cater to a broad range of aircraft, including Boeing models, Embraer 145, CRJ, and selected helicopter categories. “All the tyres we have showcased are already best-sellers in the Middle East, the Americas, Europe, Africa, and beyond,” he said.
Chief Executive Officer of AMSL, Capt. David Olubadewo, lauded the organisation of the summit, describing it as seamless compared to similar events in other regions.
He acknowledged, however, that attendance from Nigerian stakeholders was lower than expected. “This summit is unique in its scale and quality. We are happy to be part of it, but it would have been more impactful with greater Nigerian participation,” he said.
General Manager of AMSL, Mrs Kemi Olubadewo, emphasised that the company’s presence in Kigali was geared towards “breaking new frontiers” in the aviation consumables market.
“As the industry is growing, AMSL is also growing in terms of providing essentials like tyres, oil, and other consumables required for seamless operations. We came here to create more awareness and drive sales, and the feedback so far has been very encouraging,” she said.
