Contractors under the aegis of the All Indigenous Contractors Association of Nigeria (AICAN) blocked the main entrance to the ministry of finance on Tuesday, demanding immediate payment of N3 billion allegedly being owed by the Federal Government.
The protesters converged on the ministry of foreign affairs before moving to the finance ministry.
They arrived at the ministry alongside members of their families to express their frustration.
