Former Akwa United handler Deji Ayeni has been linked with the vacant technical adviser role at Nigeria Premier Football League side Enyimba.
Enyimba are in search of a new gaffer following the suspension of Stanley Eguma. Lawrence Ukaegbu is currently in interim charge of the nine-time NPFL champions.
Ayeni has also managed Crown FC and Sunshine Stars.
Enyimba lost 3-2 to Katsina United in their last league game. The People’s Elephant will clash with Rangers in their next league fixture this weekend.
