RS Berkane head coach Mounie Chaabani has said he expects a difficult encounter against Rivers United, DAILY POST reports.

The Moroccan side will face Finidi George’s team in a CAF Champions League Matchday Two fixture at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, on Friday.

The CAF Confederation Cup holders began their campaign in impressive fashion with a 3–0 victory over Zambia’s Power Dynamos last weekend.

Rivers United, on the other hand, suffered a 3–0 defeat to defending champions Pyramids FC in their opening fixture.

Chaabani acknowledged that his team must be at their best against the former Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL champions.

“Tomorrow against Rivers United, it will be difficult because they are a disciplined team as well, from what they were able to show in holding the champions (Pyramids) to a scoreless first half last week. We will not underrate them at all,” he was quoted as saying by CAFonline.
