Leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) are currently meeting in Abuja.
The meeting, which is taking place at the newly unveiled National Headquarters of the ADC in Wuse area of Abuja, has ADC National Chairman, Senator David Mark, former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, former Governor of Kaduna State Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, in attendance.
Others are former governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi, former National Chairman of the ADC, Dr Ralph Nwosu, and National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi.

Even though the reason for the gathering was not immediately made clear, Daily Trust understands the meeting might discuss the prevailing insecurity in the country and the way forward for the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The meeting was put together for partners in the coalition who are working together to form a formidable opposition against the ruling All Progressives Congress APC (APC).
Days ago, Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar picked his registration card as a member of the ADC.
