Another thing, for those with diabetes, it’s important to know that some risk factors can’t be changed such as family history and age. So if anyone falls into this category, they should be very mindful of their health as Diabetes kills. It is one of the most silent deadly diseases in the world, so be sure you see a doctor regularly. Also remember to maintain a healthy weight, eat a balanced diet, stay physically active, and always monitor your blood sugar. In conclusion, don’t be afraid to reach out to any of us for help, as Lionism is all about service and helping our community.
