A Nigerian man has opened up about his lifelong journey of self-discovery, revealing how embracing his identity as a woman helped him gain thousands of followers on social media.

Speaking about his childhood, he said, “Growing up as a child, I have always loved to be a woman. If I dey bath with my sisters, e dey pain me say I see myself like this. I go dey look them say God, why you no make this thing like a woman?”

“I have been aspiring to be a woman since I was a child.”
