Henry predicts ‘interesting’ north London derby as Arsenal host Spurs

Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has said that the Gunners’ Premier League clash against north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur will be an interesting one.

Arsenal and Tottenham meet at the Emirates Stadium after the international break.

Henry aimed a dig at the Lilywhites, insisting the encounter would be an intriguing affair.

The Gunners sit at the top of the table, while Tottenham will be hoping to return to winning ways after losing to Chelsea and drawing with Manchester United in their last two league outings.

Spurs are fifth in the table and are boosted by the return of Mohammed Kudus for the Arsenal clash.

They may, however, be without Pape Matar Sarr, who picked up a knock on international duty.

Gabriel Magalhães is unlikely to feature for Arsenal after suffering an injury in Brazil’s match against Senegal.

Henry maintained that the north London derby will be ‘interesting’, telling Sky Sports, “We (Arsenal) are doing okay, but Spurs haven’t lost away from home yet. So it’s going to be an interesting one. I will be there.”
