Social media has gone wild after reports surfaced that the young naval officer, Lieutenant Yerima, is allegedly the son of one of Nigeria’s most respected military figures, General Mohammed Yerima.

The revelation comes amid calls for Lieutenant Yerima to be dismissed, particularly by APC chieftain Joe, who demanded that he be stripped of his uniform, following a clash with FCT Minister Nyesom Wike over land in Abuja.

Shortly after the revelation of his identity, Nigerians took to social media to share a mix of surprise, amusement, and admiration.

The Yerima Legacy

General Mohammed Yerima is widely regarded as a disciplined and respected figure in the Nigerian Army, known for his integrity and service record.
