Como boss Cesc Fabregas has disclosed that Napoli manager Antonio Conte played a big role in influencing his coaching career.
Recall that the Spanish tactician played under Conte at Chelsea and says he was amazed by the Italian’s attention to detail.
Asked by RSI Studio who was the most “meticulous” coach during his career, Cesc replied: “Antonio Conte.

“He showed a lot of videos, a lot of analysis, a lot of 11-on-0, always in detail. He was definitely one of the coaches who put the most emphasis on tactics, on the details of his structure.
“We played a 3+2 with him, a five-man defense, and we worked a lot on that with him.”
Cesc added, “I take a lot from all my former coaches, and Antonio is definitely one of the best.”
