The elder sister of the late Ochanya Ogbanje has spoken out amid renewed demands for justice for her sister.
During an interview with TVC, Ms. Ogbanje expressed frustration that her family’s efforts to seek justice have been repeatedly hindered.
She revealed that her aunt, Felicia Ochiga-Ogbuja, in whose care Ochanya lived, is still living with her husband, Mr. Andrew Ogbuja, who was accused of repeatedly abusing Ochanya along with his son, Victor Ogbuja.
She also stated that Andrew continues to work as a lecturer at the Benue State Polytechnic despite the allegations. According to her, while Andrew has been acquitted, Victor remains at large, even though his whereabouts are known.
